iHope: Early Intervention for First Episode Psychosis
Getting help early can make all the difference. iHope is here to offer support, understanding, and specialized care for young people facing the early stages of psychosis. With the right treatment and support, recovery is not just possible—it’s expected. Our goal is to connect individuals and families to the resources and services they need as early as possible, helping young people return to school, work, and social activities with confidence.
At Seven Counties Services, we understand how challenging it can be when you or someone you love begins experiencing unusual thoughts, behaviors, or sensations. Our iHope program provides early intervention and specialized care to individuals ages 15-30 experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
What is Psychosis?
Psychosis is a condition that affects how a person perceives reality. It can include:
- Hallucinations (seeing or hearing things that others do not)
- Delusions (strong beliefs in things that aren’t real)
- Confused or Disorganized Thinking
- Changes in Behavior and Mood
If these signs are noticeable in yourself or a loved one, help is available.

- Behavioral Changes: Withdrawal from social activities, decreased motivation, and impulsive behaviors.
- Functional Changes: Struggles at school or work, reduced engagement in previously enjoyable activities.
