Welcome to TAYLRD (Transitional Age Youth Launching Realized Dreams)

TAYLRD is more than just a place – it’s a safe haven for young people aged 16-25 to drop in whenever you need support. As a drop-in center, we offer a welcoming space where you can come as you are, without appointments or barriers. Here’s what we offer: 

• Mental Health Services: Find support and guidance with our trained counselors who understand what you’re going through. 

• Case Management: Get personalized assistance navigating services and resources that fit your needs. Learn more about case management.

• Computer / Laundry Access: Use our facilities to stay connected and manage daily life. 

• Drop-In Meals and Snacks: Enjoy a meal or snack while you’re here – it’s on us. 

• Life Skills Group: Develop skills that empower you to thrive in all areas of life. 

• TAYLRD Youth Advisory Council: Shape our center and develop leadership skills through active participation. 

• Identifying and Obtaining Benefits: Get assistance with navigating SNAP and Section 8 benefits to support your independence.
