About Tracey
Tracey pursued her academic endeavors at the University of Louisville, where she focused on Accounting & Business Management before furthering her education with an MBA in Management & Operations from Webster University. She holds the distinction of being a founding member of REDI, an Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to fostering racial equity, diversity, and inclusion. She also serves as the Executive Sponsor of Operation Military Connect within the Service Members, Veterans, and Families ERG, which brings together unique military service connections and harnesses strengths to better serve staff, clients, and the community.
