Her responsibilities range from medication administration to case management and treatment planning, demonstrating her comprehensive approach to patient care.
Morgan’s specialization in sex trafficking education underscores her dedication to addressing the unique needs of her patients. Her proactive efforts in creating training courses for the entire organization ensure that the healthcare team is equipped to recognize and respond effectively to signs of trafficking, providing a safe environment for vulnerable clients. Furthermore, her commitment to becoming a certified CPR instructor and her involvement in the Zero Suicide Committee demonstrate her dedication to patient safety and mental health advocacy.

In an interview with Louisville Business First, Morgan shared the shift in public opinion about mental health over the last decade makes her hopeful about the future of healthcare in our community. “The less mental health becomes attached to a negative stigma and the more it becomes just another field of health in the public perception, the better off our community will become,” she said.
