Through our dedication to investing in employees’ professional and educational growth, we are proud to share two enhanced education benefit programs offered through Seven Counties Services: Tuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Repayment.
The expansion of these dual education benefits not only supports our culture of continuous learning but also broadens access to behavioral health services for the communities we serve.
Student Loan Repayment Program
As of 2023, the Federal Reserve reports a staggering $1.77 trillion in total student debt in the U.S., nearly tripling over the past 15 years. Recognizing the financial challenges associated with higher education, Seven Counties Services pioneers beyond traditional benefits by offering employees the Student Loan Repayment program. This initiative aims to alleviate the burden of student debt, providing support and fostering financial wellness. All active full-time employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for up to $200 per month directly paid to the employee’s student loan servicer for eligible loans.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Furthermore, addressing the significant number of student loan borrowers leaving school without completing a degree, as reported by the National Student Clearing House Research Center in 2021, Seven Counties Services has expanded its Tuition Reimbursement Program to include part-time employees. Full-time employees are eligible for up to 100% of tuition-only expenses, and part-time employees can receive up to 50% of tuition-only expenses. Maximum per credit hour rates are based on the University of Louisville’s current resident rates: $527 per hour for undergraduate classes and $791 per hour for graduate classes.
